SMART Fillings

Silver modified atraumatic restorative technique (SMART) fillings are used to stop decay and seal teeth. SMART fillings work in two ways: the fluoride stops the development of decay and helps restore the enamel, while the cement fills the tooth and seals out any remaining bacteria. This can prevent future decay in cavity-prone children.

Do You Take Walk-ins?

Yes, we welcome new and returning patients on a walk-in basis! Our doctor will do everything we can to see your child as soon as possible. We also offer same-day emergency appointments as scheduling permits!

At Cascade Kids Dentist, we accept dental insurance, including Delta Dental, Regence, Aetna, and Cigna. We accept Medicaid for patients aged 5 and under. Our practice also offers affordable financing through CareCredit and our in-house payment plans.
